Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase, Mama! You deserve to look and feel beautiful in your new items but please do not hesitate if you’re not completely happy with your purchase.

All incoming pieces are thoroughly inspected for any defects, however, I am human. Should you note an imperfection, please bring the issue to my attention within 48 hours of item receipt.  Kindly provide a clear picture and concise description of the defect. My goal is to rectify the situation within three (3) business days. Differences in expectations of color and/or pattern do not constitute an item defect. Given the nature of my small business, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. 

All returns must be done within 14 days from the purchase date. Items should be unworn and without any stains or odors of any kind to be accepted for return. I reserve the right to reject items for return for any reason. 

To initiate a return, send an email to kari@rosyglowmaternity.com or a private message to the Facebook page @RosyGlowMaternity. Details such as the purchase date, method of payment and/or receipt may be requested to validate the original purchase so please have this information available upon request. If needed, mail a return item to the following address:

Rosy Glow Maternity LLC is not responsible for a package lost or damaged during transit. It is strongly recommended to obtain a tracking number to track the return shipment. I will confirm receipt within 24 hours of your return package, and my goal is to complete the return process within three (3) business days. The original purchase price plus applicable taxes and less applied discounts are subject to refund; shipping charges of any kind are non-refundable.
